💵 Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after this period:

🔁 Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please:

🎁 Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift, and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed or delivered to you.
📦 Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us first to receive the return address.
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
